WATS Client Logfile collector

Release Notes – LogFileCollector 1.1

📂 Monitors a source folder (local or UNC) and copies new files to a target folder.

🗄 Prevents duplicates using a persistent SQLite database.

🔄 Supports --rescan (full scan) and --reset (clear database).

⚙️ Configurable via appsettings.json in ProgramData.

📝 Logging with Serilog (file + console, rolling, retention).

📊 New: periodic rescans (default every 60 minutes).

⚡ Installer can create a Scheduled Task (\Virinco\LogFileCollector) running as NetworkService at boot.
