Bump version to 1.0.0-rc.2 and switch UPM URLs to upm branch#30

Test build for the release workflow. Replaces the ?path= UPM URL in all four READMEs (EN/RU at the root and under Documentation/) with the upm branch / upm/<version> tag pair published by the workflow's subtree split, so the package lives at the root of the ref and no path query is needed.
