Adds network and cryptographic services in the NSE to allow for fetching and decryption of log entries for display in notification text.

Known deficiencies:

  • Only message entries get rich text. Updates to other stores like user-profiles, notification-tokens, and public-channels will just display the default text.
  • Channel creations cause multiple notifications because of the entry for the metadata and introduction message being fetched
