EEVEE settings have changed. It also seems difficult to get cycles and EEVEE both doing good transparency with the same settings? |

I'm closing this one, as there doesn't seem to be a solution that works for both EEVEE and Cycles. |

This change tweaks material and scene settings so that transparent cycles materials are transparent when using eevee.
