This repo supports the development of a tracking tool for exploring the systemic shift (or otherwise) in care away from the hospital.
The full project takes place over two GitHub repositories - this repo is primarily for the wrangling of data and the other repo (https://github.com/The-Strategy-Unit/care_shift_tracker_app) is for the development of the shiny app.
The tracker tool itself is now public (subject to change) and can be accessed here.
