User agent fixed and now further redirect handling work.

Fix Useragent to fool curse

I am not happy right now; apparently curgeforge added useragent filtering to downloads blocking java :/ This is a configurable way to spoof it :)

Split config into a different plugin; refactor; optimize

Shadow jar contains all class files and manifest to run.
The other jar is for use with URLWrapper, and has to have gson supplied into it.
