I didn't have authority to push commits to elastic#1023, so I've added them here.
In particular, I add
profilesto the changelog configuration file and added changelog directives to the markdown files (per https://elastic.github.io/docs-builder/syntax/changelog/) so the bundles can be used to automatically generate the release note docs.When I preview the output locally, it renders like this:
