Alliance/Horde head tokens

The website only exports one of the two unique id's for head of nefarian, head of onyxia and Magtheridons's head.
These are now converted properly in game so it displays the data regardless of your faction.

Display logic

Minor updates in display logic to make it more robust.

Moved to revision

Working with version numbers just got out of hand. Doing revisions from now on.
Lemnings added a new export tailored for the addons so support for it has been added.
Minor bugfixes related to people who use numbered rankings have been fixed.
