Napper — Like Twitter but with napping.

To get napper running

Get ruby 2.2.10 running (protip: Use RVM Version 1.11.3.9 seem to work.)
Install the gem bundle. Version 1.17.3 seem to work.
Run bundle to install requirements from the Gemfile
