This repository contains the data mapped knowledge graph of the case study represented in the thesis. To construct this repository, gene expression data was processed and mapped onto the knowledge graph using Python This highlighted key events/focal points of the knowledge graph which helped in the simplification of patterns and biological relevance of the knowledge graph.
