Adds a fallback for per-rule page <meta name="description"> generation so pages still get a meaningful description when seoDescription is not provided.
Changes:
- Import
extractBodyPreviewutility into the dynamic rule/category page route. - Update
generateMetadata()to preferseoDescription, otherwise derive a preview from the rule body.
