I think if you rebase this, all the lint issues should be fixed now. Unless they are new one's in your new code. |

Once a course is over in the LMS, trying to add content to it is rejected by the LMS, resulting in a cryptic error in the Runestone "add content" dialog. This provides better direction to the instructor as to what is likely going on.
