What is the reload lock?

The reload lock prevents a command from being executed if the page of Siri API is reloaded (i.e. in case of a browser restart). It could be bad if you aren't in the affected room if you are using a home automation system and the light turns on just because an open tab is reloaded while you are closing it. The redirect lock rewrites the URL to servername/done to make the action unloadable again after it was loaded the first time in the browser. It can be only restarted by saying the command again using Siri.
