Department Invite Volunteers

As a Department Overseer I want to invite selected volunteers for projects.

Prerequisites

• Department is defined.
• Project is defined.
• Project date has been set.
• Project tasks are defined.
• Department volunteers and their task skills/levels are defined.
• Project is selected.
• Volunteers to invite are selected.

Acceptance Criteria

#####Display and save a project invite list (printable with creation date).

• Volunteer name
• Volunteer home phone
• Volunteer mobile no(s)
• Show if selected for training
• Show dates like to invite
• Space for handwritten indication Yes/No can attend
• Space to enter handwritten dates Volunteer is available.
