pycubed will have a test_mode flag that prints more information when enabled
initialize Satellite object in the main file rather than the pycubed library itself -- this allows us to control the test_mode flag
this supports the old hardware; i will upload a new file in the next commit that supports the new hardware
supports the PyCubedMini board hardware

Instead of maintaining a separate "hardware-test" file that serves as a modified version of pycubed.py, use the current pycubed.py with a test flag enabled instead.
