R6 Operator Picker v3.0.1

| Version 3.0.1 info:

This version includes mostly some back end code cleanup, along with a few user facing changes.
The user facing additions include:

• The re-addition of the window icon
• Emboldened all of the UI text
• Added a label in the top left corner denoting the version

| Things I'd still like to add/change:

• Use some custom HEX colors for UI instead of default tkinter colors
• Maybe make a better/more unique program icon

R6 Operator Picker v3.0!

This is the first version of 'R6 Operator Picker' to be published to GitHub! However, it is not the first overall version!

Details about legacy versions ( Prior to v3.0 ) can be found Here!

| Information:

This version is compatible with the most recent update: Operation High Stakes (Y10S3), which introduces the new Operator 'Denari'.

The main feature of this version ( v3.0 ), is mainly the fact that it now works inside of a GUI! However, this change is not relevant here due to this being the first commit!

The only other addition in v3.0 besides the GUI, is 'Denari' being added to the list of possible Defenders!
