Adds a Graphviz-based visualization pipeline for Handshake MLIR tests.
When running
make test, this generates five SVGs (one per *.handshake.mlir) under tests/app//Output.To disable visualization:
--no-visualization.LOOM_NO_VISUALIZATION=truebefore any test command.
