The script will check for any inactive webhook subscriptions and will display them in the terminal with the option to enable all the inactive webhooks. It will also generate a CSV file for all the inactive webhooks fetched for reference or for later use if needed.
The 2nd purpose of the script is to enable the webhook from a CSV file in addition to the interactive approach.
