Start removing usage of ReadOnlyCollection (use IReadOnlyCollection / IReadOnlyList for public API)

TO DO:

• Drop frameworks (< .NET 8, netstandard)
• Drop WCF based WebDomainClient
• possibly look at Use EntityAssociationAttribute server side #512 (and / or remove code for handling AssociationAttribute code)
