Ignore the Julia stuff. It breaks every time the upstream BaseModelica.jl needs a new dependency. That's one of the reasons why I added https://github.com/OpenModelica/BaseModelicaLibraryTesting.jl instead. |

And the setup-openmodelica issue should be fixed with https://github.com/OpenModelica/setup-openmodelica/releases/tag/v1.0.7. Apparently I forgot to update the |
