Removes serialize-javascript. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies serialize-javascript, terser-webpack-plugin and copy-webpack-plugin. These dependencies need to be updated together.

Removes [serialize-javascript](https://github.com/yahoo/serialize-javascript).
