Contains a series of jnj-fixes that were discovered for our internal testing:
Added cohort generation with demographics.
Improved notification performance and fixed links to generation pages.
Implemented opt-in eTag.
Do not show deleted sources in generation result lists.
Removed FeasiblityStudy and Heracles reports.
