The build-test CI job was pinned to golangci-lint v2.4.0 which is built with Go 1.25 and cannot lint Go 1.26 code. Update to v2.10.1 which added Go 1.26 support (in v2.9.0). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
