I am a researcher in the Digitalisierungstechnik (DT) department at the Leibniz-Institut für Werkstofforientierte Technologien (IWT) in Bremen. My current research focuses on using explainable machine learning (ML) models to identify process–structure–property relationships across different materials. I am also developing a framework to catalog available materials datasets at IWT and prepare them for ML application development. Additionally, I am setting up a new high-performance computing (HPC) cluster at IWT-DT.
Previously, I was a PhD candidate at Radboud University and a Scientific Assistant at Hochschule Rhein-Waal. My research at the Donders Sleep & Memory Lab focused on collecting and analyzing large-scale sleep datasets using statistical and ML methods. Wearanize+ and eegFloss are among my key outputs.
