Icon scaling feature for the Network

In some map display modes, the device images look too small. Added the ability to scale icons.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to scale the text of the nodes.

Haven't looked into it, but this might be built-into reagraph already instead of doing a custom triggering? Might also have support for the text.
Would be better if it was tied to the zoom level directly instead of manual.
I think without full support (all aspects of the graph, not just the nodes), it will create issues with undesired overlaps & co (can already see some in the provided demo).
