NXP Debian Linux SDK v24.06 Release for i.MX and Layerscape MPU platforms

• Support generating Debian 12 (bookworm) base, server and desktop custom RootFS for NXP MPU platforms
• Support NXP-specific components (lf-6.6.3-1.0.0) with HW acceleration for graphics/multimedia/industrial/networking/connectivity/security compiled against Debian dependencies
• Support debian-based GPU/NPU/VPU/ISP drivers for imx8/imx9 MPU platforms
• Add support of eIQ AI/ML components (tflite, tflite_vx_delegate, tflite_ethosu_delegate,ethosu_driver_stack, ethosu_vela, ethosu_firmware, pytorch, armcl, eiq_examples, etc)
• flex-installer will access the pre-built binaries for quick creation of the NXP BSP composite firmware and Debian-based rootfs onto an SD card
