This repository is the central hub for the NSF DARSE Research Software Engineering course.
This repository contains:
- course information and policies
- GitHub workflow and RSE best practices
- links to all case study repositories
- Assets for some course lecture can be found course_material folder
- Instrutions to set-up WSL in windows is available in course_material folder
- Each case study is developed in its own GitHub repository
- Students work via issues, branches, and pull requests
- This repo remains stable throughout the semester
