…nsions=".csproj;.vbproj;.fsproj" parameter to the dotnet pack command. This explicitly tells MSBuild to only attempt packing projects with those extensions, excluding reactapp1.client.esproj files.

You need to update the build script in the infrastructure project. Don't directly edit the build.yml
