Description

Removing sha tags from actions in workflow actions and replacing them with version tags from latest shared-modules release.
Also updating any actions already tagged by version to the latest version.

Context

Latest release version of shared-modules is 4.0.0 so we should make sure any workflows using actions from shared-modules are tagged to that version

  • Refactoring (non-breaking change)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would change existing functionality)
  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
