Create new colormaps for SPORT near real-time data for:

Current matplotlib palettes do not account for these color palettes (and VEDA does not have this palette either). This is for continuous data.
How to apply (application considerations)
Need to identify best method for adding these continuous color palettes to data that has colors which represent different value ranges. Only new color palette that this applies to is snow depth sport_snow_depth.npy
