Done to enable old (v1.2) and new (v2.0) loaders to co-exist on the same system within interfering with one another.

Done to enable old (v1.2) and new (v2.0) loaders to co-exist on the same system within interfering with one another.
It's also possible to add a
2suffix to all interface names (e.g.IImage3dSource2) to facilitate side-by-side support for multiple API versions in the same PACS application. However, I would prefer to avoid that if possible.
