…or_df`, `fragment_df`, `candidate_df` and `psm_df` classes (and their derivatives, like e.g. `unique_psm_df`. For now, only substitute "precursor_idx" and only in `precursor_df`. If "precursor_idx" is used on a dataframe with an ambiguous name (e.g. "df"), try to infer from the name that was passed to the respective method. Use the constant from the corresponding classes: @alphadia/constants/keys.py#L62-65

Adding string constants for precursor_idx.
Some are still unclear.
