Bumps version to 1.0.1-rc.2 to supersede the failed v1.0.1-rc.1 release. Same fix set; only adds the sessionKey type extension.

Supersedes the failed v1.0.1-rc.1 release. Same fix set + sessionKey type extension that unblocks pnpm build (PR #12).
