Docs: OAuth client secret management & auth header warning

Added documentation for two new OAuth features introduced in the latest PR.

Summary: The OAuth Debugger page now documents how stored pre-registered client secrets work (Reveal/Clear/Replace/Undo controls, hosted vault vs. local storage behavior), and explains the new warning shown when OAuth is enabled alongside a custom Authorization header.
