- Clean up, rewrite, organize install scripts
- Add camera raw option to photoshop2021install.sh
- Remove now unnecessary photoshop2021installcr.sh

- Remove photoshop2021installcr.sh, as it is made redundant by the --camera-raw option in photoshop2021install.sh introduced by fd37073
