Added basic HTML webpage that could potentially be used as a GitHub pages for the project to preview themes online.
The page is formatted to look similar to a terminal, and contains basic functionality so the user can type in the Pokemon name or Pokemon pokedex number, and then the page will simply display the corresponding Pokemon terminal theme as the background for the terminal input box.
