…Face Dropbox links are no longer working. Replaces all model and config download URLs with Hugging Face equivalents and adds a HuggingfaceHandler to PathManager. From: Layout-Parser#226 (wtiandong) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
