Add NOTICE.txt file to comply with TagLib license requirements (Apache 2.0, LGPL 2.1, MPL 1.1). Mentioned build configuration adjustments for compatibility.
Improved README.md with complete integration steps, Groovy/Kotlin DSL examples, build from source guide, and proper credits to kyant0/taglib. Also added flatDir repo explanation for local AAR imports.
