Every chart that previously rendered a blank box on empty/missing data now shows an italicized 'No data available' placeholder message instead. Covers: loc-growth, file-test-growth, dependency-growth, frustration-line, agent-econ, lunar, sentiment, learning-arc, search-timeline, learning-build, creator-clusters, intent, session-depth, comm-style, + the noData() helper function itself.
