Apex Staffing Group

Project Description

Apex Staffing Group is a platform built to bridge the gap between skilled workers and international job opportunities. The application facilitates the process of finding, applying for, and managing international employment. It provides features for job seekers to explore available positions, manage their profiles and applications, and for administrators to manage job listings and candidates. The platform aims to streamline the international hiring process through a user-friendly interface and robust backend features.

Technologies Used

This project is built using a modern web development stack. Key technologies include:

  • Next.js: A React framework for building server-rendered and static web applications. Provides features like routing, API routes, and optimized performance.
  • React: A JavaScript library for building user interfaces.
  • TypeScript: A superset of JavaScript that adds static type checking, improving code maintainability and catching errors early.
  • Tailwind CSS: A utility-first CSS framework for rapidly building custom designs.
  • Firebase: A platform by Google for building web and mobile applications. Used for authentication, database (Firestore), and potentially other services.
  • Genkit: An open-source framework for building AI-powered applications, likely used for features like CV parsing or candidate matching.
  • Shadcn UI: A collection of re-usable components built with Radix UI and Tailwind CSS.

Other dependencies can be found in the /package.json file.
