The public website for Kenotic Labs.
Kenotic Labs is building the continuity layer for AI systems: infrastructure that helps systems preserve the living state of a situation across time instead of resetting at every interaction.
The company thesis is that today’s AI does not mainly fail because it lacks access to information. It fails because it cannot remain coherently oriented to:
- what is still active
- what changed
- what is resolved
- what still matters
- what should happen next
That is the missing layer this site is designed to explain.

This site is not meant to describe Kenotic as a generic AI memory startup.
It explains:
- the unseen problem in the current AI stack
- why databases, vector stores, RAG, and long context windows are insufficient
- why continuity is a new systems primitive
- why DTCM should be understood as a continuity architecture rather than a simple storage layer
- what begins to change if this layer becomes real
