Some 13/10 swaps plus a few other adjustments.
One more resurrection
This looks good now, and prints. But the internal character positions may be a little off wrt selection/underlining. I'm smashing some piece length bytes that seem to be slightly off apart from the 10-13 issues.

I managed to recover some of these, using tools for LF/CR swaps and then some other adjustments. I scanned through, I think these at least are now good
