By using this Software for commercial purposes, the User grants Inled Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the User's corporate name and logo strictly for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., identifying the User as a "Customer", "Partner" or "User" on websites, social media, or corporate presentations).


3. OPT-OUT PROVISION (Opcion de Exclusion)

If the User wishes to withhold or revoke the consent for logo and name usage described in Section 2, they may do so at any time by sending a simple notice via email to: hi@inled.es.

Upon receipt of such email, Inled Group will cease the use of the User's logo in all future marketing materials and digital assets within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7-14 business days).
