Rename all PascalCase columns to snake_case (cancer_types, tumor_locations, subjects, species, sources, supporting_data, status, updated, description), rename Program to program_id, drop SAFE_CAST on updated (now native DATE), expand sources schema with nested struct fields, and update test assertions.
