…ss 62 files Commit 58add32 stripped {environment:dvApiBaseUrl} links to plain backtick references in 270 files instead of converting them to <ApiLink> components. This commit restores ~900 ApiLink components across 62 EN and JP files by mapping each stripped backtick form back to its correct <ApiLink> output using the pre-strip git history as the source of truth. The 'ig ai-config' command block was missing its closing fence, causing the explanatory paragraph and 'ig mcp' block to render as code.
Convert 4 JP component files that still had the old > [!NOTE] markdown callout format to use the <DocsAside type="note"> MDX component: - time-picker.mdx, tooltip.mdx, treegrid/load-on-demand.mdx - transaction-how-to-use.mdx: also removes duplicate Material Icons DocsAside note (keeps only the igx-icon-specific note) Cherry-pick of upstream 8bbe932 / b8cae62 completion.

Convert {environment:dvApiBaseUrl} links to <ApiLink> components in EN and JP
spreadsheet-conditional-formatting, spreadsheet-data-validation, and
spreadsheet-hyperlinks. Add Code Snippet and API References sections missing
from the MDX migration. Also sync treegrid/tree-grid with upstream sections
(Persistence, Sizing, Styling) for both EN and JP locales.
Correct heading levels in drag-drop (add missing API section with ApiLink components), fix version heading levels in general-changelog-dv (### to ##), and remove broken "ワークブックの読み込みと保存" section from excel-library that lacked a valid code sample, aligning with upstream structure.
