    build(deps): add jekyll-seo-tag
    
    What changed? We must now explicitly depend on `jekyll-seo-tag` to satisfy Minima's runtime deps.
    It _should_ be resolved as a transitive dep, but it could be resolved only as an explicit dep. Weird.
