This is the official scouting app for Team 1160, Titanium Robotics. It is used to collect information on other teams during an FRC competition based on their performance during matches. 
- It allows you to rank teams by certain criteria (ie auton teleop end game etc)
- The data is represented graphically making it easy to understand
- It is adaptable, using the xml file to set up what data it will record
