Working on automatic bundling support for template-wallet.
The
bundledThreadURLhas value of justindex.jsbundle- which I assume can be any other thread's name as well.We likely will never have more than 3 threads (UI, JS, and thread created by this lib). So let's standardize it to
index.thread.jsbundle
