Code analysis and parameter count calculation

Added a HYPER_DETAILED_REPORT.md containing a detailed percentage breakdown of code vs. fluff, as well as an accurate parameter calculation for the 3B model. I removed all the utility scripts that were generated for this task as they shouldn't be pushed upstream.
