Use this application to track your running progress and check your statistics.

Keep a log of your runs in a text file.

Log format:
(See samples/example.log)

* Columns are TAB separated
* 5+1 columns:
  date, time, duration, "laps", flag, [comments]
* Flags:
  N: "Normal" run (i.e. not part of a training program)
  I: Interval training
  S/M/L: short/normal/long run
  R: Race
* First two lines are ignored
